If you have any problem, suggestion, comment, or you found a bug on my tools, you can send a message to alternator99 [at] gmail.com. Before you sending a message, please read the following remarks:
  • If you have a question, please have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions page. you might find there the answer for the question that you want to ask.
  • While sending and email or private message. Please do write your message in English, its ok if your English is very poor at least I can understand some of word. I receive messages written in Chinese, Vietnam, Spanish, and few other languages but I simply ignore them because I cannot understand any word. Even using Google Translate it can't recognize your shorten word or weird slang.
  • Your email address will only be used to send a reply to your message, if it's needed. I will not give your email to anyone else, and I will never send you any additional message that is not related to your question/suggestion/comment.
  • Please do not request a software from email. There is a lot of people asking me to send my software to their email address, just because they have a firewall or something else that blocks them from downloading my tools.
  • To spammer, I just simply put yours on my crime-scene database for the record and future action.
